Dr advised that he can help me on my medical aid

I went to my GP and she did some test and advised me that i need to go to the hospital. she then said that she will call around to find a doctor that can assist me on my medical aid. she did called me again and said that she found Dr Basson at Mediclinic Durbanville and that he is the only one that will help me. So i went and got there after 5 o'clock and i signed in and sign some papers. then they said i must just call my medical aid the firday morning to get authorisation which i did and they declined authorisation, and the clerk also treid to call them with no luck. i then told the dr the friday night and he said i mustnt worry, he will sort it out as i have to be in hospital and he will write them a motivation why i had to be there. i tried to ask him how far he is and he just said that he is busy with it. now im sitting with a R10 000.00 bill when he assured me that he can treat me on my medical aid.<br>
