Don't care about patients and being rude. My mom went in for back operation. Dr. F Erasmus was supposed to look after her but when she asked him a question he is jelling at her or ignoring her flat. I spoke to some of the other visitors and they are also fid up with Kloof Hospital Pretoria and say that their family is not getting treatment as they are paying for. I think Dr. F Erasmus should go for training on how to treat patience. For 2 days beds were not made up at night. Last night at 23H00 my mom had to ring the bell for her night medicine. Then the lights were put on and the patience got their medicine. What king of Hospital is this? I even saw the floor around my mom's bed has not been cleaned.
