Disgusting service mediclinic emfuleni

Good day,

My girlfriend was booked in to hospital on the 31st January 2019 @ 7am to give birth to my daughter. To my absolute disgust i was informed that the staff forgot to register my daughter. I only found that out 2 days later. As a private hospital you so quick to ask for funds upfront but the treatment was disgusting.

My girlfriend was in a severe motor vehicle accident 2007 so her coordination is not 100%. The staff did not even assist. The staff were not helpful at all. You even have a nurse that tells my girlfriend that she is a hard handed person and everything she does she does with force. ****ing DISGUSTUNG.

I would like this matter to be addressed and sorted out with your staff members.

If this is not sorted out I will be taking this matter to the local media
