Disgusting service from the Admin Dept.

Goodday, Called at the MediClinic, Durbanville, Cape Town on Wednesday, 1 May 2024 @ 20:30. Seen by Dr Van Niekerk - excellent service. Called the Admin Office this morning, 6 May 2024 to request a detailed copy of an invoice to submit to Discovery Medical AId to claim the payment made - WHAT A DISASTER - taken 3 (three) days to process an invoice !!!!!
