Disgusting service from Healthcare professionals.

The first time we went to medi clinic in bethlehem was when my partner had an injury and ripped the skin off of his finger, he was told he wasn't allowed to get in the bed because his clothes were full of blood and had to wait till I could bring clean clothes. After 2 weeks the surgeon saw him again and said the skin graft looks good, he needed to keep it closed, we went for a second opinion and in actual fact it had infection. While this happened they knew he was diabetic but didn't test his sugar before the procedure. His sugar levels have been either spiking up or too low and he went to casualties to get to see the proper specialists again after the first incident because that was what was recommended. Again he waited 3 hours for a bed, they put him in the same room as someone who had a brain bleed because there were no other beds or rooms available and he was given boiling water to soak the bandages off of his finger that the graft was done on, he couldn't even soak his finger in the boiling water. He was admitted because of his diabetes and the skin graft that didn't take. The doctor didn't look at his file at all. Just looked at his finger, walked out and came back in and said that it looks horrible, and discharged him and told him to go to the same surgeon that did the graft. He wanted to take a picture of his file to show that his sugar was recorded on file for the specialists to see, who recommended we go to casualties, but before he could take a picture, the nurse grabbed the file out of his hand and said he wasn't allowed to see it. We are now at home 6 hours later with still the same 2 problems..... A skin graft that was done by a surgeon, that didn't take and his diabetes which spikes really high or goes low and we have to worry about that until the doctors has space to see him again after recomm casualties and that didn't work.
