Disgusting service ever.

At first I thought the nurses at Constantiaberg Medi clinic were very helpful, however, my experience today was utterly disgusting. The nurse by the name of Nomandimphiwe(Sunflower ward) , with a short hair misinformed us. She advised us that the hospital will keep my grandmother for 6 hours in the cold room, after that they will have to take her to Dove mortuary. We rushed ourselves while our hearts were broken, we then tried our best to get our own mortuary people to fetch my gramps. But before the whole thing, we had to clean up our gramps few minutes after her passing, we had to close her mouth ourselves. This is the worse service ever from a PRIVATE HOSPITAL. Remember, my grandmother's medical insurance had paid like everyone else in that hospital, I've seen how they'd treat other patients. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS SOO CALLED PRIVATE HOSPITAL TO ANYONE.
