DISGUSTING SERVICE

Medi-Clinic Vereeniging is PATHETIC and DISGUSTING! How can a qualified nurse tell a old lady of 76 years old she is going to see her ****?

Because of COVID we are not allowed in hospitals which we all respect so how else should we be updated about the progress pf your loved ones?

My grandmother which is 76 years old was admitted and unfortunately we were not allowed to go and visit so we would call daily to hear how it is going.

When she one morning said she is not feeling well she feels as if she is going to die so what would you do firstly call the hospital to hear what is wrong is everything is okey?

When we heard there was a nurse close by we asked to speak to her so that we can find out whats going on when the nurse's response was 'How must I know if you want to know something call the hospital' when we said we just want to know my grandmother said she is going to die. The nurse became so rude and actually hung the phone up in our ear.

Only to hear that she walks all the way up to my grandmother sticks her finger in my grandmother's face and says 'You, you are going to see your ****'

This is disgusting to make a huge scene in front of a sick patient.
