disgusting food

I went into theatre this morning at 8, when I got back into the ward the nurses was fine no problem. I got my lunch just after 12. Mash and I think it was carrots, decent portion and juice I think it was 20ml and jelly and custard. This evening I get carrots again and what looks like dogpellets grinded like really only a s****ful of each, no coffee or fruit. No my question is what the hell. Is this desert s****s of food supposed to sustain me through the night and is my medical aid charged for a meal or what seams to be the possible leftovers of someone elses plate. Complained about it everybody looking and also seems disgusted at the portions and lack of no coffee but nothing is done about it. Is this the was all patients are being cared for all over and medical aids overcharged.
