Disgusted with mediclinic Nelspruit

Our baby boy was born on 28th April 2020 during lockdown. The in house Home affairs office at mediclinic was not open at that stage. We were told that we can come in as soon as they are open and register our baby. Today I confirmed that the office is open and now they only register current in hospital babies. Why do we pay for a service which you can not provide? Now I am left to go to the main HA office in town which is jam packed and expose myself. My feeling is that mediclinic in Nelspruit do not care about service to their patients anymore and it's a great thing that another hospital group is arriving in town soon! Don't tell me that it is an outsourced service, this is what we pay for!
