Disgusted by Medi-Clinic Newcastle

I'm so disappointed in Medi Clinic in Newcastle. The quality of nurses varies from brilliant to absolutely woeful. Since being transferred to B Ward, my mother now has bed sores through their negligence. She's been here for over a week and I've been coming 2 or 3 times a day and have barely seen a nurse tending to her, even to offer a simple glass of water. I came in today and she was extremely thirsty. The nurses opted to give her a diaper instead of using a bed pan like the other wards and they don't check on her. She has a urinary infection and it's quite evident that negligence is not just for government hospitals. I'm absolutely appalled. This one day, a male nurse came in and he couldn't even use the drip machine. The nurse disappeared as the machine beeped for over five minutes until a different nurse came in to correct the situation. Medi Clinic Newcastle, wow. Just wow. This issue has been escalated.
