Disgusted

This Morris/Maurice (whatever his name is) at your pharmacy is a ****** *********** staff that you guys have in your books there. Has no telephone etiquette at all. Maybe he should not take customer calls at all. So frustrating to have the phone dropped in your ear and when he finally decides to talk to you he doesn't let you finish your sentences. I am sorely disappointed. I would have assumed a private hospital of your kind would hold standards high and have no room for such nonsensical incompetency. Who knows, maybe he would have treated me with a little more respect if I was Afrikaans speaking since that's the language he spoke and everyone else there speaks when they answer the phone. However, surprisingly, hundreds and thousands of money (Rands) that we spend there is gladly accepted despite the language we speak .
