Disgusted!!!!

I was retrenched from my company in December and was just called by Milnerton Mediclinic at 2:45 on Wednesday 28 January to say that I will be handed over on Friday as there is an amount of R343.02 outstanding. This is beyond pathetic and not too mention disgusting. I was completely unaware of the amount outstanding and when asked when this was for was told it was for the 4th of November last year. Lina confirmed that bills were POSTED to my address last year. How on earth you post things considering our postal service is not operational and then not bother phoning the customer to check whether they are aware of the so called bill astounds me. Yet you can phone NOW and threaten someone WHO ISNT EVEN WORKING saying if its not paid by Friday they will be handed over. And to add insult to injury I hear how I, as a customer am bad mouthed when you think I had put the phone down. JUST INCASE YOU MISSED IT THE 5 OTHER TIMES IVE SAID IT....IM NOT WORKING SO I WOULD ONLY BE ABLE TO PAY WHEN I GET A JOB WHICH, LINA, WONT BE BY THE 15TH OF FEB!!! Ive never ever been handed over or never not paid any bill and to be spoken to and treated like this is unacceptable!!!
