disappointing service for their high medical bills

My dad was diagnosed with cancer few months back and been in and out of hospital(Panorama Medi-clinic. On the 4/8/2015 he was discharged however when we got there and started collecting his things,we had to ask for a wheelchair even though they know he can't walk,there were no porters in site the same goes for the sisters. When one sister finally came she was clueless in a sense that when we asked if there is any medication prescribed she said we need to call to find out aswell as call to find out about the home care service the hospital said they will be sending to help out with my father. We than pushed my father towards the exit,what was worse is that my mom received a call an hour later saying that we left the medication and that's after we asked the nurse and she said we needed to call(we reside in kraaifontein which is quite a distance from the hospital). Medical bills we pay this hospital is sky high for this kind of service,me and my family are highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone to take their loved ones or themselves there!!!
