Dirtiest hospital since last been there 3 to 5 years back

I am utterly unhappy with the standard of Cleaning at Muelmed mediclinic that's not the standard that I have witness previously all my kids were born at Muelmed but for the last few years the Cleaning of the hospital has degrated on the 16 September 2024 my wife was admitted at Muelmed nurse staff and Doctors were all super good but my wife had no ******* bin next to her bed, her ward was not cleaned regularly and thats a hospital mind you but worse my wife took a picture of ****oach in her ward Whats that and also the kitchen food are so tiny like they catering for a baby please or tastless please improve your standard to what is was back then 3 to 5 years back.
