Desperate to get my car and go home.

I was referred to Meulmed and didn't know I would be admitted, I came with my car not feeling well. I parked the car and doctor told me I will be admitted. I then spend 5 days. I used the money I had to pay levy for medication and have no money left to get my car and go home. Please help me as I can't go home I really thought car parking will be charged on my bill as I had not planned to be admitted.
