Delay of service

Medi clinic Limpopo Polokwane, a very poor services we arrived at 12:00 got assisted at 17h00 because they say they had one Dr the entire hospital, Dr had to attend other special cases again..... We paid alot of money for such an act I believe even a provincial one was going to be better than a private one please look into the matter.
