Compliment

Last week I went to visit a patient at Louis Leipoldt Mediclinic. The security lady Deidre Gouws said his name was not on the list. I said to her that I would find out from family where he is. She insisted on phoning the ward that he had been in and checking previous days records. Deidre was so pleasant and helpful. I was so grateful to her for her kindness and willingness to help.
