Complaint for Poor service at Medi-Clinic George.

I was very impressed and pleased with the staff at the ICU department at Medi-Clinic George, But I was disappointed with the treatment I received from the doctor who was in charge of my daughter, the doctor was not giving us any update instead he mentioned that the patient (18 yrs) is old enough to report to us whatever she is being told by the doctor. What fumes me is the fact that the patient is there because she is sick, now being sick she must also take notes and report everything to us. I was not asking for much, just an update from the doctor but it looks I made a mistake with asking for that judging from the response I got, "Its not like your daughter is in a comma she could have phoned you". Thank you so much for the poor service Dr Palkwoski.
