COMPLAINT ABOUT BAD SERVICE IN HOSPITAL

My mother is on my medical aid and in hospital for a week and she is very unhappy about how she was treated.<br> <br> 1) Often she had to remind the sister to come and give her Insulin. <br> 2) The one sister screamed form the wall if she tested her sugar. <br> 3) She had to wait two and a half hours before someone came and ask her when is she going and that she had to leave before 12.<br> 4) Spoke to SR . Nel (head of department of B hall), she says that sister has a loud voice and that they had a lot of people leaving the hospital, but that's no excuse...she kept on defending her dept.<br> 5) My mother is a diabetic and needs to eat ....it took so long, the people in hospital already ate lunch and she was still waiting.....the completely forgot about her.<br> 6) The was a Caucasian sister that only greeted her same race and not my mother and the other two in the hall.<br> 7)Sr. Nel calls us into her small office, my mother the patient and me standing, she sits.<br> <br> NEVER EXPECTED THIS FOR MEDI CLINIC PAARL.....
