COMPLAINT

I was at your hospital on Sunday the 23/06/2018 with my 2year old daughter. she was seriously ill. we went through the emergency door and my daughter was so dehydrated - we were helped after three clients coming from inside. I was panicking going up and down.

finally the receptionist lady helped us and told me that she cannot find my daughter's details. I told her she was here before. after that she asked me to sit down and wait. ( what is emergency mean? What is TRAIGE mean to them?) I was called by the nurse to through for observation and asked me to go back to the waiting room and sit.

I later called by the Doctor his name is Dr September. he confirmed that my daughter has gastro. they gave her the pills for the temperature and syrup for vomiting and after an hour she started having watery poo. I called the nurses to call the Doctor, apparently different Doctor came. he took a sample and said it will sent to the Lab. hour later Dr September came to us and said he will discharge the baby because she looks fine. he gave us prescription to the pharmacy. (WHAT ABOUT THE SAMPLE THAT WAS TAKEN TO THE LAB? WHO WILL GET THOSE RESULTS)

I went to the receptionist and my daughter was discharged and I paid R325 for administration fee. The electricity went off while there are some patients waiting I paid and left with no electricity. I went to dischem for the medicine because their pharmacy was closed ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE DOCTOR PRESCRIBED MY TWO YEAR OLD CHEWING PILLS( SHOCKING) THAT SHE LAST ATE ON FRIDAY. I paid R699 for medicine because my medical aid did not cover for the medicine that he prescribe and did not work because he almost gave her the same pills.

On Monday the child was worse I have to take her to the GP that nicely helped her. she is doing fine thanks to DR Baily based in Table View.

Today I received an email from Colleen Eager stating that I owe you guys R872 for the POOR SERVICE that was offered to us that almost ****ed my child.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FAMILY MEMBER TO GO AND DIE THERE.
