compensation for sending sick patient home

I would like to file a complaint. I was at the ER 3 times this week. Mediclinic Cape Gate charged me R1872 to be in ER and to see Dr, then they sent me home(10/02) only to return the next day(11/02) with same pain and to be discharged again by different Dr. I was there the day after that again 12/02 to be eventually admitted. They should have admitted me the first time and have done the ultrasound and gastroscopy in hospital and not waste my daily savings as they did and sent home a sick patient. I was actually suffering from stomach ulcers and a severe h pilori infection that was diagnosed with the gastroscopy later that night 12/02 by Dr Mouton and had to be treated with pain meds and peptoblock and antibiotics. Medi clinic failed to admit a sick patient and I request that they reimburse my medical savings account for the ER charges and to to claim my ultrasound from hospital cover,because if they dealt with this in an ethical way,I would not have been sent home sick and in agony and my medical savings would not have been depleted now. I am furious with medi clinic Cape Gate and I strongly feel they should compensate me. My medical aid is Discovery no ***.
