Broken heart 😭😭

I'm totally lost why I'm paying for a Medical aid, because I'm not happy with Medi-clinic anymore, firstly, I got admitted around March but guess what? I got an email around July saying I'm owing 5k.... I called my medical aid ,they said why Medi- Clinic takes too long to send me that email, although they promised to pay that amount, same Doctor , I received another email saying I'm owing another amount 1k , it was early September, early this month which is October,I received another email saying I'm owing R170 another statement I'm owing 1k😭😭😭 ,I had to discuss this matter with my colleagues, only to foundout that so many colleagues are facing same problem as mine, I'm sick and tired,which means I will pay Medi- Clinic the whole year 😭😭😭 where can I get that money ?! I pay Medical aid because I don't afford to pay cash😭😭💔💔💔 can someone please assist me where can I get details for another hospitals??? Another thing they gave me that Dr without my permission,I asked them to give me My Dr , they ignored me because they know the strategy of claiming very late so that I will pay and send to lawyers if I don't I pay 😭😭😭 why they treat us like this??? 💔💔💔💔💔😭😭😭
