Brits Medi Clinic -no customer care

I fell and broke my right arm on Monday 29 Feb and went to the emergency room of Brits Medi clinic. Things were a little slow but all went ok there. I was admitted and scheduled for an op the following morning. A friend went with me to the ward and helped me into bed (fully clothed) and left to fetch some things for me. A while later a nurse spotted me and found gown for me to change into. No tea or food or anything was offered, I felt invisible. My friend came back before 9pm and washed my face and helped brush teeth etc. <br> 36 hours after being on the ward, with no offer of help getting clean etc. I found a nurse, got a plastic bag for my arm and went off and ran myself a small bath. No bath towel offered, no help to bath offered. There is So Much I more could write here, No Patient Care ! My chronic medication was not \their problem\". Arm brace for my hand could not be forced over my swollen & very painful hand on Wednesday, so I was left another day, then told I could have gone home earlier if I had \"tried\" Some good nurses but no one in charge or overseeing anything. I want to speak to someone from the Medi Clinic group, if Anyone Cares. "
