bad treatment by night staff members @ mediclinic meulmed

-Night staff not caring about patients, especially the covid19 wards. its like they are abandoned. The patients are often treated badly by night duty staff. -Patients spend a night without toilet papers in their toilets. -If a complaint is raised by a patient they would be treated badly and humiliated and victimized in front of other patients so to set an example. -Night kitchen staff neglect the patients, they often bring wrong cold food. -Patients are often given medication after midnight or early in the morning before knock off. When you ring a bell a nurse would come and switch it off and promise you that they would come back and they never do. -No care of covid19 patients at all during the night and what ****es me off is that some patients were admitted negative so they got it from the very nurses that are today mistreating them. -I called my wife at 23:45 on this day and since the shift have started no nurse have been in their ward,their tea was brought with cold water by a rude staff member. No medication have been given to them at all. How can someone survive this if the people who are paid to care for are not doing their job, its not like they are staying free there, these patients are paying a lot of money to be treated like this, these patients got this corona virus while in hospital and yet they are treated badly. (i know because they demanded that my wife should be tested before they could admit her and she was negative) *please fix these issues , as if those patients have not suffered enough, they are sick and lonely, they miss their family, their kids, their loved ones and yet they are ill treated in a private hospital....
