Bad treatment

My son Quintin Barkhuizen was admitted admitted To mediclinic vereeniging on the 4th June 2021 He was tested positive for covid.On the 6th he was transferred to the covid icu.We used to phone after every change of staff shift to find out how he was doing.He was not sedated yet and we used to send him whats up messages to encourage him.The 7th he sent me a message and said he has been laying in his own excrement. I phoned the sister and being very patient asked her in a friendly manner how he was doing.She asked me if I contacted him and why do I ask her.Extreemly rude and promptly went back to him and gave him hell for telling me.Dont they get training on how to work with these extremely sick patients. I phoned the matron and she promised me that she will look into this.on the 9th I had I heart attack and was admitted to the union hospital.So wish my son was there instead of mediclinic.My so passed away the 29th June.We went and got his things.His charger for his phone was missing .Then I phoned again 3times.So not only did they treat him badly but his belongings also went missing.Most disgusted
