Bad Treatment

My daughter was admitted at Mediclinic Bloemfontein yesterday and the treatment i got from the staff in the paediatric ward it was horrible and how one nurse spoke to me and my wife. The hospital rules are not eqaully app**** to all patients or their families and as much as there are covid regulations we must adhere to but those rules must treat all of us the same afterall we are all paying that hospital for the service we receive there
