Bad service from Mediclinic DR B Shazi surgery by FUTHI

On the 11th of Nov 2024 I was REF to see Dr B Shazi with an authorisation number from my medical aid schemes,upon my arrival at the reception I’ve found a consultant (front desk person)by the name of FUTHI who gave me a very poor service,while I was busy there she told me that “the system is offline I should pay cash and claim from my medical after”I than asked if they is no second option since I have a statement from Gems which I received yesterday for founds ,she said it also won’t work,she further made me sign a concern form that I agree to pay if Gems don’t,I signed that with no hesitation because I knew I had plenty founds unles atherwise nd I was ready to pay if they don’t,but unfortunately that did work as well even her concern form,I drove 2 nd a half hour to see a DR with a tollgate included,and I had to wait more than 2 hours to be attended since I stay far,Futhi refused to assist even if I have authorisation from the DR who referred me nd de number,she told me she wanna confirm herself,I let her do her part ,coming to my surprise she never made any call nd she let me in after she fell like,I went inside nd tell de DR my frustration while we were still talking she came in the consultation room and quick me out,I refused cos of the time waisted that was after 3 hours nd the distance as well,she went beyond and call the securities for me,whn they came in the building DR told dem his busy assisting me,I failed to understand why will she go beyond nd she even told me that “they is nothing I will do she’s not afraid of anything she has been working there for sometime,she don’t care even if I don’t come back she’s the manager”so if DR ddnt attend me I would have drove a very long distance for her to kick me out,medic clinic we expect best quality service,I must say am very disappointed nd asking myself how many ppl dd she treated them like this because it’s clearly tells am not the first person….

Such treatment at the medic clinic like it’s a public place is not acceptable,so if I was between life and death I would have died because of her kicking me out not even a DR,can anyone help such behaviour can not escalate,I humbly request we get assisted before it’s too late,before many ppl lose their lives..
