Bad service from Katlego

I am very disappointed in the service Katlego from Medi clinic Morningside gave me regarding locating my sister.. my sister informed in the morning that her body is numb and that she is going to be admitted before I could confirm which hospital she is in her mobile phone went off, so I have Katlego all the details for her to tell me about POPI act instead of helping me by checking if my sister is admitted
