Bad service

One the 27/07/2019 I was admitted at Legae Mediclinic and I was discharged on the 101/08/2019 upon my discharged they said I must pay 4900.00 because I was suppose to go there they are not in my network,I did not know there and they did not tell me instead they admitted me and later they charged me 4900, they should have send me to the relevant hospital and later they said I owe 700 which is now +-500.I want my money because I did not choose to be admited there.My medical aid is written the type of option Im on so they should have seen it.
