BAD SERVICE

I’ve been praying and singing praises of the front line during this time we are in.

It is with great concern and irritation to hear that the nurses at ward 22 J at Vereeniging really mistreated my mother.

Just to give some background, my mom is currently wearing a knee support as she fell and fractured her knee and she was now admitted to hospital as she is anemic and had to do a blood transfusion.

With that said no one helped her to go to the bathroom to relive herself, she had to practically beg for them to atleast assist her to get off the bed. She couldn’t bath as she needs someone help her due to the balance she looses while bathing so she basically wiped herself without bathing.

No one helped her to change in her pjs, she slept in the same clothes she went in with and came out with that same dress.

I really hope these nurses will be investigated as many have apparently complained about them in the past but nothing happens. This time around I pray God intervenes.

PS - my mom with tears in her eyes has asked that we never take her to medi clinic no matter what, after the treatment she received.
