Bad service at Mediclinic Louis leipoldt

Currently am at mediclinic loius leipoldt child is sick and in the room that we are in its like we are at a public hospital 4 beds in one room. Was told yesterday that as soon as a private room is available we will be the first to move as we were the first in this junk of a room, where there is no privacy what so ever. That did not happen even though there were rooms available and two people that arrived after me were moved to them. Nurses move people according to colour and language if you don't speak Afrikaans then you are last on the list irrespective of when u get here. Yet they will claim for a private room, when claiming from the medical aid.
