Bad service at medi clinic

Medi-Clinic Bloemfontein issued a judgement against my name for an account that’s fully paid. I have tried calling them for a whole month and I can not assistance from them. I get transferred to a line that’s never answered. My life has now been put on hold for an account that was settled over 4 years
