Bad Service and attitude

Took my son into emergency ward for sprained arm, one doctor enquired what happened and said we should take him for xrays. We waiting for 2 hrs and then another doctor comes and asks same questions that the previous doctor and nurse has already asked. Then we were asked to wait again, then eventually I enquired again when the xray report will be ready she rudely replies she will let me know and that I must wait. Eventually she approaches us to inform us that the report will only be ready a day later. By now all near by pharmacy were closed and I had no option but to drive out to Unitas hospital to get the meds. How does an emergency ward employ such absent minded medical doctors? I will ensure that I spread this to all the mid stream residents and next time I would much rather drive out to Unitas. oh and I bet she is going to send a ridiculous bill to my medical aid. I
