Bad service

I went to Medforum to vaccinate as i was with a sister it came to my attention that I was in contact with my sister who had covid who just came out of isolation. So I asked for advice from the sister who was suppose to jab and she said to me just go and test again if u r not sure. As I went out to cancel A VERY RUDE SISTER who helping in front SAID LOUDLY AND BOLDLY THAT IF YOU NOT SURE OR HAVING DOUBTS DONT WASTE OUR TIME. What kind of rudeness and service is that mind you im not doing this for free it will come out of my medical aid. First of all they don't conduct any pre counselling whatsoever they just jab you! That woman is very rude and I need an appointment! I cant remember her name but She has a very big visible TATTOO on her left arm shes light in complexion, black woman and has braids.
