Bad service !

I’m from theatre and very hungry , I was brought food that I don’t eat or rather never ordered, the lady that serves food gave me attitude, requested for kitchen manager , they came to the ward I then asked them to make me French toast the kitchen manager named Thabang gave me attitude for days and told me how they can’t serve me that around lunch time that time I’m starving and I have ulcers I then requested for kitchen regional manager I was told by thabang that she has to be called before I just can’t talk to her .. I’m not happy at all !! Whatever that’s happening here is new to me cause last time I was admitted at Legae medi clinic I was served everything I requested without any approval from nobody now I’m being told that my requests needs to be approved..I’m so disappointed !!
