Bad service

The 27th May I got to your hospital 12.30 we came through the emergency entrance with the ambulance and they said it was full so we had to go through the emergency entrance the normal way.anyway again we were told to wait due to the amount on patients I said it was fine but I decided to wait because my son only comes to your hospital because dr Paul keating is he’s paediatrician and I don’t allow my son to see anyone else.anyway while we waiting the ambulance reminds the nurse to do a transfer of my son to your emergency but the nurse keeps saying it busy and we will stir have to wait to see a doctor and then she even tells me again in front of everyone I will wait because here was other people here before me but with a attitude and again I said nothing then I after a while we went in to the triage and the lady said we will be moved to a different hospital remember I was already informed about this but she had to now remind me again because there’s no beds again with a attitude I never I kept quiet because I just wanted my son to be seen to and I even prayed for a bed in your ward anyway we came out of triage I asked the receptionist is my son not going to get any medication because he came in with. 38.2 fever and had seizures the night before and is not eating either plus he’s fever is getting worse, receptionist said the ruse was suppose to give him something anyway finally the other nurse called us in and gave him medication she even put us in a room at least where we could be separate from the other patients which I appreciated she was honest but at least not negative then finally the doctor came to see after another 1hour saying my son needs to go for a sonar to check he’s appendix we went nothing was wrong came back still waited again for the doctor and at 6 o'clockwe went into emergency and actually saw the doctor she confirmed it’s not he’s appendix but will monitor him if he eats we will go home 7 she confirmed there’s a bed in the ward for him and he will have to be admitted because he was still not eating or really drinking and right there thanked GOD FOR PROVIDING A BED FOR HIM we waited til 8 o’clock to go to the ward then we enter in the nurse takes us to a room with 5 other beds but then I asked her if there no way we can have a private room because I saw one as we came into ward she says with a attitude no that beds is for someone else that already in the queue I said I’m only asking because my son is autistic and had adhd and sleeping disorder not for myself she stil says no I accept it but then she goes to the reception desk in the ward to explain what I said and then comes back and say it’s fine we can move honestly that was my intention for her to at least ask anyway we get settled in but then this nurse Anne says something so nasty I asked her must my son get any medication or something and she says I must be glad I get this private room I’m supposed to be paying extra and I’ve never heard bout this I just said nothing.during our stay nurse Anne was very difficult she doesn’t think before speaking I asked her to move wet bandages she said I must wait and I just came from your emergency as I was also diagnosed with bacterial tonsillitis that my son gave me I was rushed to emergency but sat in the cold for 3hours crying and waiting to see a doctor telling them my son is alone in the ward and that I have no one to assist me with my son so of course one of the nurses had to look after him but he’s 6 years old he does speak much and even so I was so long away he thought I left him when I got back after5 hours he was shocked and wanted to cry now imagine paying a hospital for this **** and trauma my son and I went through you know what’s the worst that same horrible nurse that delivered me to that ward came and asked me while I was on aDrip with a attitude is there no one to assist with my son and I told her I waited 3 hours for a doctor for my self she says back to me YES YES IT WAS BUSY HERE to top it off the doctor that saw was literally arguing with me telling me it’s not bacteria tonsillitis I was potent and lame and cold and warm I couldn’t even walk I was in a wheelchair and your staff did not care the cleaning lady in the ward was more worrIED about me than your actual doctors and nurses .honestly I don’t ever want to come back to this hospital again .i don’t just expect a apology but you cannot expect my medical aid to cover this bad service and stil charge me a casualty fee .you guys need to make sure you have enough doctors in your emergency please and train your coloured staff to be more polite no matter their age because both coloured lady’s had no respect for your patients to think my medical aid spent over r6000 which was not worth at all.
