Bad service

On 28 December 2022 my daughter was admitted at Newcastle medi clinic after arriving at 7am. She was then sent to theater and attended by Dr Viljoen. Endoscopy was done while in theater. The doctor last spoke to her before Endoscopy procedure and he did not come back to explain results etc. On 29 December she still have not been attended to by the very same doctor who recommended admission I'm not understanding how she'll get treatment if the doctor hasn't written info on file for nurses to dispense medication and also what was the purpose for admission if the doctor will not be attending to her especially in the morning to check progress etc.
