Bad service

Good day,<br> <br> My baby was born last week and have been waiting for her Birth Certificate since last week from the day the personel from Hme affairs took the details of the child to register her. The lady said she will bring the certificate to the hospital to collect the following day but that has not been done since that day (friday).<br> <br> I have been calling Mediclinic Maternity ward to be told when the lady gets there so that i know what to do but nothing has been done from both Medi-clinic and Home affairs. I have been in contact with medi clinic since and they do not tell me when the lady is there.<br> <br> this is a bad service since i have to submitted papers for the childs medical.<br> <br> THanks<br> KG
