Bad service

Medi clinic meadstream service is very poor. Their nurses are so arrogant. They don't treat you like you are in a private hospital. And the doctors too are very ******. Imagine waiting for hours to be attended when the hospital is not even busy. I waited for for hours with my son in so much pain, and as if that's not enough, the doctor left us in the consulting room with an excuse that the patient's file is is lost.
