Bad service

My wife and I took our son to the hospital for four operations since march at Muelmed Hospital in Arcadia, the first time we got at their ICU A ward we got treated badly , the second and third time samething happened, now he went for his fourth operation and it got worse. The night shift staff will come in at seven o'clock after their handovers they will sit at the counter and talk about shopping and fashion. We sat there and no one attended to us to say what was going on, or just to say 'I am going to attend to the child . On the 04th July 2019 My wife stood up to ask one nurse who was busy with a patient for pain medication for the child, as he was restless and was supposed to have already gotten his pain medication at that time. The nurse (Maria) whom was really helpful told the nurse that was supposed to take care of the child to give medication , she just looked at us and continued with wat ever she was doing. The sister in charge also ignored us as we where asking for asistance . Up until i stood up to lay a complain at the hospitals complaints department, that's when they (nurses)decided to come and attend to the child, the sister in charge said we never came to ask for help , I told her she cannot expect us to come and tell her she must do her work, When they sit at their reception desk it's like a tarven , the noise , the gosipping, the attitude, is what you can expect from the night staff people , Muelmed hospital at icu(A) they have a bad and sticky attitude like the one of mamelodi day care(daga)especially the nurse called Kgomotso she is worse than all of them, she always asks when we are leaving, that she doesn't want to take care of the child when we're there and her superior would tell her ' don't worry they are leaving soon ' then she'll sit wherever she is till we decide to go , then come to the child. We went there because our child who is nine months old needed help due to a decease he had. The night shift staff is by far the most rude, insensitive, most direspectful , insensitive,arogant people I've ever came across , for a department that has to be more carring ,vigilant and understanding they don't deserve to work in that department I must say I am highly disappointed with the service we have received at that hospital, i would never go back at that place even if it can be the last resorts . The pain i felt every night we had to leave our son there is indescribable. Is this how people have to be treated in a place where people are most vulnerable?
