Bad medical care at maternity ward

I gave birth on Thursday 16 July 2020 at Mediclinic Louis Leipoldt in Bellville Cape Town . My 3rd child and it was the worse experience I had. I was in a single room. Even though it was a natural delivery my body was weak and needed assistance from staff. The nurses never introduced them to me. Doctor prescribed pain meds and every time I had to ask for meds. I had to ask more than 3 times for them to wash my son. No one did routine check in. I had to ring the bell every time I had to ask for milk for baby I had to ask for water for myself. The list goes on but never have I expected to get such bad medical care. Never ever again will Louis Leipoldt see me. It was my first and last.
