BAD, HORIBLE service

Mediclinic has a horrible service. We were given a bad service at mediclinic Nelspruit and requested to be transferred to EMFULENI mediclinic which is even worse. We were told to come to the hospital at 6am today and now at 15:30 in the afternoon, my son is still not attended to. Even public hospitals and clinics don't operate like this. Worse of it all is that this is the 2nd time they are doing this. The next thing we will be told to sleep over at the hospital so they can claim more funds, because they care about money not people's lives and we'll being. Mediclinic is such a disgrace can they just be converted to a public hospital once.
