Bad experience at MediClinic Bloemfontein

I am so ****ed with the experienced I received at Medi Clinic emergency. My wife was in emergency and I needed to park a car, the Guard decided to let someone that came after me to park, no explanation or apology. When i ask her she said she is working I must not disturb her. I mean this is a matter of emergency. I am paying at this hospital. This is not something i can expect from a private hospital. I need this investigated ASAP. And if no action taken, i will take my further steps to make sure the world knows about this bad experience at Medi Clinic Bloemfontein. Netcare or Life have the best experience from the guard up to the Dr’s. Imagine you are in emergency and you receive this experience.
