Bad customer service

My son was admitted in Muelmed Hospital in the pediatric wards. The nurses there don't have time for the kids you constantly have to remind them to check drips;medication and even after reminding them they still drag their feet; I asked for a clean towel after bathing my son and I didnt get one; the tv's we're not working today. His father found his hand swollen and when he asked the nurses they were so impatient with answering his questions. There was a kid who is just less than 2years old she had sores in the mouth; 1 of the nurses gave her 1 s**** of a mash potatoe she cried then they left her until one of the mothers in our ward gave her sweet potato and she ate. Its very painful as a mother beacuse that child is only 2 but she tried to reach her food from try because she was hungry and the food ended up falling down. My car window was broken when there is security and cameras 24/7. Why must I replace the window when there is someone getting paid to look after the car and when I leave the hospital everyday I pay for the parking? I parked next to entrance just after ambulances. The security told me there is nothing they can do as the footage only shows a grey polo but no registration number and they said my car is not the only one that got damaged.
