Bad attitude

My family member was admitted there for 8 days in the ICU and the nurses working in that ICU step very rude and because of the pandemic no visitors where allowed ,they told me to phone when I needed to check up on the patient and when you do their phone etiquette is soo bad and thier attitude is a cherry on top ,until my family member was given a different nurse by the name of Galdys Mthombeni That woman is an epitome of greatness and what is means to love your craft,well let me not start about the doctors rude and when you phone them they say no please this is the phone only my wife uses to call if you need anything call the hospital.Why don't they have a survey like other private health care so that they can be able to know how and what needs attention to make the hospital a success they just donot care
