Awful maternity experience at Medforum

The staff at this hospital particularly the maternity dept has a horrible attitude towards patients. Customers are made to feel as though they are being done favors whereas we are paying for a service. The supporting doctors and Padeatricians pitch up for work randomly and are never there when needed, when you ask the nurses for information they tell you to ask the doctors, the doctors who are never around.<br> <br> A sonograph had to be done on a patient and the person who had to didn't even bother to pitch up, no calls, no explanation from anyone. <br> <br> They turned what was meant to be a memorable experience into one I'd rather forget. <br> <br> Crux of the matter is the staff need serious training regarding how to treat their customers. <br> <br> Use this facility at your own peril
