Arrogant Dr TS Mpotoane

Its been 3 weeks since my father was admitted at the hospital I am an immediate family that he has , since his admittance at the hospital he was assigned a personal doctor by the name of Dr TS Mpotoane I have never received any progress report regarding his medical condition , the doctor uses utter arrogance when consulting my father or communicating with family members who will be visiting my father in hospital , the tone in his voice and attitude dont resemble those of a public servant looking out for the well being of vulnerable patients , at all times my father was feeling uncomfortable when being consulted by him keeping in mind that he has a heart condition all this negative energy hindered his progress , Dr Mpotoane does not have the Batho Pele principles embedded in him , he lacks the human touch within him , he treats people as if they are a disturbance in his life or the only things that matter to him is his intellegence and high profile doctrate profile, this is not a good character to be assosciated with such a good instution of high stature Medi-Clinic
