Appalled

I am appalled with the level of patient care @ Mediclinic PMB. I am disgusted and highly infuriated with the condition I found my mom in, we found her sleeping in cold wet sheets. Her hospital gown was also soaked as she currently has a constantly oozing tumour. She was screaming in agony, we also discovered that some part of her upper leg was turning purple. Im not sure if her sheets were changed earlier that day, but judging from the condition we found her in, I have doubts. We addressed the matter with one of the nurses. She was then moved to high care ( thank you). I don't usually complain but my mom could have died due to negligence. When we take family members to a specific hospital it is because we trust that the hospital will give comprehensive medical care to our loved one. We are not supposed to find them in a worst physical, psychological and emotional state than before, what are hospitals for if not to take care and bring life? I pray that no other family experiences what my family experienced.
