Answer you phone, Do what you promise

Mediclinic Morningside, PLEASE answer your phone, I have been calling for the past 4 days, waiting for 16 mins each time, listening to automated voice recordings. I finally get through to uNathi at reception and he was supposed to email me some information, its a week now and I am still waiting, I cannot get through on the phone.
