Anaesthesiologist unprofessional at medi clinic vereeniging

I was admitted to give birth at medi clinic vereeniging and needed a last minute Caesar. The anesthetist was totally unprofessional. After giving me the Epidural... They were about to operate but it refused to kick in. I could feel everything! My doctor was extremely irritated herself because he could see what was happening but just stood there doing nothing. Until they urged him to give me a general anesthetic

Because of his unprofessional behavior I am experiencing extreme back pain on my epidural spot and I'm unable to do much.
